The Queen’s Head in Bramfield are continuing their support for the Pear Tree Fund by selling delicious homemade chutney and second-hand books to raise vital funds.
Jars of spiced pear and pinenut flavour chutney are available at the pub until the end of July, priced at £4. The pub is also running a charity book stall, and is stocking a range of books which are in great condition.
If you would like to pick up a bargain or have any books in very good condition which you’d like to donate, with the exception of travel guides, please drop in at the pub.
The fundraisers are the latest in a series of special events organised by the Queen’s Head to raise funds after the popular pub picked the Pear Tree Fund as its charity of the year.
